  • HOLLY WILSON

    PRESIDENT | As a long-time resident of Noblesville, Indiana, where she and her husband continue to raise their family, Holly spent many years involved in the public schools with her four children. Serving as a military spouse since 2004 has deepened her understanding of the sacrifices Americans are called to make in order to preserve and protect Freedom. She is committed to bringing her beloved community a tuition-free, classical education, where the virtues necessary to a free society are taught throughout every subject. Like the Roman leader Tacitus, Holly believes “In Valor, there is Hope.”

    In 2021, Holly connected with Matt Wolf, founder of Seven Oaks Classical School, Indiana's only Hillsdale-affiliated charter school. Together they committed to form a founding board in Hamilton County and to establish Valor Classical Academy.

    Holly attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina where she studied Interior Design. She holds an Indiana real estate license and continues designing for her family’s small business.

  • MATT WOLF

    VICE PRESIDENT | Matt is a founder and the current Board President of Seven Oaks Classical School in Monroe County, IN. Seven Oaks was chartered by Grace Schools Charter Authority in 2016, and was founded by a group of parents and community members from the Bloomington area seeking to improve the education landscape. Seven Oaks currently educates 490 students in grades K-12, and is a member school of Hillsdale College's Barney Charter School initiative.

    Matt resides in Gosport, IN with his wife and six children. Four of his children are currently enrolled at Seven Oaks and his oldest child is a member of the first graduating class of Seven Oaks and is currently studying Math and Physics at Indiana University in Bloomington. Matt is excited to be a part of the movement to open Valor Classical Academy and provide the opportunity for a classical education to families in Hamilton County.

  • JIM HUSE

    TREASURER | Jim is a Director of Skellig Capital Advisors, LLC, a middle market boutique investment banking services firm, and has more than seventeen years’ experience in the investment banking industry. Prior to joining Skellig Capital Advisors, Mr. Huse served as Vice President of Investment Banking at David A. Noyes & Co., Vice President of Corporate Finance at City Securities and as a senior accountant in the business advisory, assurance, and enterprise risk services practices for Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Throughout his career in investment banking, Mr. Huse provided merger & acquisition advisory, capital raising services, and strategic advisory for lower middle market companies. During his tenure at Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Huse served clients of various sizes in the manufacturing, insurance, and financial services industries, assisting in initial public offerings and bankruptcies. Mr. Huse is a native of Indianapolis, a certified public accountant (inactive) and earned both a Master’s of Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University - Bloomington. Additionally, Mr. Huse holds Investment Banking Representative and General Securities Representative licenses issued by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc (FINRA). He resides in Carmel, IN with his wife and two sons.

  • KAREN REYNOLDS

    SECRETARY | Karen is a graduate of Indiana University, BS and MS in education. She was an elementary teacher in her early career. As a graduate of Butler University’s EPPSP program, she moved to administrative leadership roles at the elementary, secondary and district level. Those roles in education, along with management experience in a corporation, provided the knowledge and skills essential for establishing two consulting firms. One worked primarily with small businesses and not-for-profits. The other worked with inner city, suburban and rural schools across twenty-one states.

    Karen brings her love of learning and of truth along with her broad experience to help offer a classical education option for children in Hamilton County.

  • BETH GLYNN

    MEMBER | Beth Glynn, a certified public accountant, is currently an International Tax Director at Elanco. She has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and was also an International Tax Managing Director at a top four accounting firm. In the accounting firm role, Beth worked with C-level executives from Fortune 500 companies all over America and traveled the world. Beth has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Ball State, a law Degree from Indiana University of Indianapolis, and an LLM in tax law from McGeorge University.

    Beth has lived in Carmel for the past 17 years with her husband and their daughter.

  • MICHAEL GALLO

    MEMBER | Michael is an attorney with over a decade of experience in corporate law and litigation. Michael's current role at Eli Lilly and Company focuses on preparing and negotiating contracts supporting Lilly's clinical trials across the globe. Prior to moving to Lilly, Michael worked in private law practice for eight years, largely concentrating in civil defense litigation in the products liability space.

    Michael lives in Carmel with his wife and five children. Michael is excited to help develop Valor Classical Academy as an educational alternative in Hamilton County that focuses on providing a comprehensive, tuition-free education that teaches students how to be good citizens, how to think critically, and how to read, write, and speak skillfully.

  • DAVID MEISENHELDER

    MEMBER | Dave is a native Hoosier and graduate of Indiana University. He is a licensed Real Estate Principal Broker with a Commercial Real Estate License. Dave brings a rich background of experience in asset management and asset growth with several large corporations. Recently retired from corporate life, he and his wife own CoreGroup Corporate Real Estate Advisors, based in Carmel, IN. Dave is active with his family, his church and his community. He joined the Valor board to share his expertise in creating a good and ethical opportunity for students in Hamilton County.

  • JIM BRIDENSTINE

    MEMBER | Jim Bridenstine is a graduate of Carmel High School and Indiana University with a BA in Journalism. Jim’s career path and design passion eventually led him into the construction industry where he held multiple roles from estimator, site supervisor and project manager on various size projects valued at several thousand dollars to 4 million. In 2009, Jim started his own construction company, and with his business partner, BuildSmart Construction came to fruition. BuildSmart focuses on the commercial side of the construction business with clients in medical, office, vet, dental and retail. Jim grew up in Carmel and lives there with his wife and two children.
